Today’s microelectronics research or manufacturing facility must be flexible. Flexible to meet the changing needs of technology. Flexible to meet the various needs of the users. Flexible to meet the increased regulatory environment surrounding the use of gases, chemicals and their emissions. These facilities must be designed for today, but able to be reshaped to the needs of tomorrow. We’ll work with you to meet your immediate needs, while keeping an eye out to the future. |
