Featured Project AstraZeneca Boston Research Expansion

Bowdoin College Astra Zeneca decided to add to the current 250,000 square foot facility by adding a state-of-the-art 132,000 square foot expansion.

Hallam-ICS was selected to serve as the Independent Engineer and Commissioning Authority. In support of the LEED Gold Certification - Enhanced Commissioning, Hallam-ICS performed a commissioning design review of the project design documents. Hallam-ICS wrote the Commissioning Plan and completed submittal review for all systems being commissioned.
