Okemo Mountain Resort Hallam-ICS provided mechanical and electrical systems design for the Phase II expansion. The project included five buildings and over 350,000 sf of space. All buildings were designed with an emphasis on energy conservation and aesthetic compatibility. The project included condos, a recreational building, and a conference center. Construction value: $44,000,000. |
