Keith Flaherty, PE
Chief Executive Officer Keith is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a BSEE and an MBA. He has been with Hallam-ICS since 1988 as an electrical engineer, manager of integration services, CFO, and CEO. He focuses the company on understanding and meeting the needs of each individual client while at the same time delivering the highest possible level of technical expertise. |

Brenda Matthews Chief Financial Officer Brenda has B.S. Degree in Construction Engineering Management from Oregon State University and a MBA from the University of Vermont. She has been with Hallam-ICS since 1993 as a PM/Estimator in the Controls and Integration Division, she moved to Corporate Controller in 1998, and has been CFO since 2001. |

Chris Wilkins, PE Director of Engineering Chris has a BSME from Clarkson University and an MSME from George Washington University. He has been with Hallam-ICS since 1994 as a mechanical engineer, program manager of science and technology, and since 2006 as Director of Engineering. He is a nationally recognized voice on the role of engineering in integrated design and BIM approaches. |

Pete Niarchos Director Controls/Integration Pete is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a BSEE and an MBA. Pete first joined Hallam-ICS in 1995, returning in 2005 after working for 5 years in pharmaceutical and food/beverage industries. He provides operational and strategic oversight to our Controls and Integration Division. |

John Butterfield, PE Director of Commissioning/Validation John is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a BS Electrical Engineering, MS Applied Mechanics, and an MBA. He joined Hallam-ICS in 1987 after 16 years in operations for three large multinational industrial companies. He was a leader for Hallam-ICS in industrial process and automation before heading the Cx/Validation group in 2006. |

Jeff Silcox Boston/Providence Region Manager Jeff is a graduate of the University of Vermont with BS in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to joining Hallam-ICS in 1996, he had worked for 12 years serving industrial clients as a construction project manager. Jeff served as our Program Manager for Industrial prior to assuming his current role in 2002. Jeff oversees all engineering, commissioning and controls work in the region. |

John Nelson New York Regional Manager John has over 20 years of experience in design, installation, programming and start-up of industrial control systems in the pharmaceutical, food & beverage, dairy and semiconductor industries. As a Regional Manger, John is responsible for client relations, office operations and project management.

Bernard "Tink" Pelkey North Carolina Regional Manager Tink holds a Master Electrician’s license and has over 30 years of experience in Industrial Controls. He joined Hallam in 1991 and formed the Integrated Control Systems (ICS) group within the company. Lead the ICS group for 14 years prior to relocating to North Carolina. Tink has an extensive experience in the Semiconductor and Pharmaceutical markets.

LaMonte Hugh Virginia Regional Manager LaMonte has B.S. degree in Finance and Accounting from California State University and an M.B.A. from George Mason University. He has been with Hallam-ICS since 1998. His focus is on providing Virginia-based project related management and coordination. LaMonte has over 30 years of experience in construction management.
