INGREDIENTS:
1 apple
2 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 tbsp Shredded Coconut
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
Dark Chocolate Chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
Core/cut apple.
Mix peanut butter, coconut, and maple syrup. Spread a layer of peanut butter mixture on apple slices.
Melt chocolate chips in microwave stirring every 30 seconds until completely melted. Drizzle melted chocolate over the apples.
Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens and enjoy.
