"People would describe me as a hardworking, independent, and driven person, who loves his family and always gives 100% effort. I grew up paying for my own things and understanding that hard work and dedication was the key to success. My family is the most important thing to me. The moment I became a husband and father, I found a new purpose. My wife and sons keep me grounded and motivate me to be the best person I can be.
I went into engineering because I was always interested in learning how things were put together, along with how to control the equipment once built, and of course, the required preventative maintenance to keep the specific equipment operating. Often as a kid I found myself building and taking things apart or attempting to fix broken things because I was determined to figure it out on my own.
My career is my passion, which is why I'm eager to learn new skills and take pride in every task I accomplish. At Hallam, I enjoy contributing and feeling a part of a team where I can make an impact. Working for a company that sees that importance of "Working to Live not Living to Work" allows me time to do things that inspire me as a person such as, quality time with my family, being outdoors, staying active, and hanging with friends."
