Katie Lee | Staff Accountant

In 2014, I graduated from Champlain College with a BA in Psychology. After two years of working in Human Resources I moved into Accounting and discovered I really enjoyed the work. As a young professional, it's important for me to continue growing and learning as much as I can. Shortly after switching departments I decided to go back to school and started working towards an accounting degree.

In 2018, I became a first-time parent and while professionally I wanted to continue growing, I also realized it's equally important for me to be hands on with my son. Balancing work, professional growth and motherhood has been quite a challenge. It’s that challenge that prompted me to start searching for a work place that promoted a positive work-life balance and that's why Hallam-ICS caught my eye.  At Hallam, I see the opportunity to grow professionally and have the flexibility to be an active parent in my son's life.
