When Keith Flaherty reached out to me, I was at first a bit surprised that I was being contacted by the CEO of the company for an open position. After doing a bit of research and talking with him, Jamie Spalding, and Jeff Speroni, I realized that Hallam would be a great place to continue my career as an engineer. Seeing the wide variety of projects, clients, and culture of generosity solidified my decision to join. I knew there would be some changes coming from a large consulting firm, but I felt immediately welcomed and supported as a part of the engineering group.
I was also drawn to the charitable nature of Hallam – seeing how the company donates to local communities made me realize that it wouldn’t just be a great place to work, but also a great place to help give back. I very much appreciate the willingness of everyone here at Hallam to donate their time to help a worthy cause, and I look forward to giving back during my time here as well.
