I first found out about Hallam-ICS when I was looking for a career change. I had a discussion with Jamie Spalding and we spent about an hour discussing the core values of the company as well as recent projects they were working on. He described how Hallam-ICS went after complex jobs spanning several different industries. We also spoke about the fact that the company was employee owned so everyone had a shared interest of helping each other to be successful. As a young engineer I was looking for a place where I could be mentored and grow my own skillset. Hallam seemed to check all the boxes for me.
After a few more conversations I was lucky to receive an offer for a mechanical engineering position in the Massachusetts office. Since starting I have been able to work and learn under some excellent engineers. I have been impressed with how easy it is to ask questions to anyone in the organization and fill any knowledge gaps as needed. I was looking for a job where I could be challenged every day and be on a team people who were passionate about their work. Hallam-ICS has been a great fit and I am excited for what lies ahead!
