As I neared the end of my college years, I began researching engineering companies in my hometown, Middletown, CT. That's when I came across Hallam’s website. Eager to explore further, I decided to fill out a contact form, providing details about myself and expressing my interest in learning more about Hallam.

I received a response from Jamie Spalding, who offered me an interview. I was pleasantly surprised by Jamie's down-to-earth personality and the valuable advice he shared during our conversation. This left a lasting impression on me, as this is the first time an interviewer urged me to consider their competition.
