Hallam-ICS established a presence in California to provide closer, more responsive support to clients throughout the state and across the West Coast.

Led locally by Kristian Montenegro, Chief Commercial Officer, our California presence gives clients a direct connection to Hallam-ICS while providing access to the experience and technical depth of our broader team.

Hallam-ICS brings more than four decades of experience helping clients solve complex challenges in engineering, process control and automation, Toxic Gas Monitoring Systems, commissioning and validation, and industrial safety.

Hallam-ICS has more than 35 years of experience supporting semiconductor clients and has worked with more than 100 organizations in the industry. 

Kristian Montenegro leads Hallam-ICS’s commercial strategy and serves as the local point of contact for our growing California presence.

Since joining Hallam-ICS in 2014, Kristian has built extensive experience managing complex engineering and automation projects and developing long-term client relationships. His technical background includes Toxic Gas Monitoring Systems, industrial controls, and MEP engineering, with particular experience supporting technically demanding semiconductor and manufacturing environments.

Kristian works closely with clients to understand their business and technical objectives, then brings together the appropriate Hallam-ICS engineers, system integrators, commissioning professionals, and safety specialists to support each project.
