"In Montpelier, VT Just Basics is a food pantry that operates out of the basement of a church in town. My appreciation is twofold, the first is their mission: The mission of Just Basics, Inc. is to bring together and structure programs that work with members of the greater Montpelier area to address their basic needs and confront cycles of injustice. The second reason is the great opportunity they offer for my two children to volunteer time their periodically, which during this pandemic summer was such a great opportunity for them to leave the house and do a great service.

I think this is a great organization, they serve an important need for the area, supporting children and families."
