My Hallam story began while I was working in the wind industry as a technician performing O&M services. While the view atop a wind turbine is great, I began to realize I wanted a position that offered a better work/life balance. After some searching, I found Hallam and was intrigued by the ESOP company structure along with all of the positive feedback I received after talking to several employees. Another exciting point for me was the opportunity to work as a team with a wide variety of clients and help them overcome their technical issues. These factors made the jump from the wind industry to industrial controls simply a breeze. Now you can catch me in the shop or in the field working with our controls/integration team.
