I started looking for a job during my last semester of college. I stumbled upon an ad for a Controls Design Position, a career path that I was interested in getting into. So, I went to the website and read some of the peoples of Hallam’s story and got a good sense of the culture. After the interviews I had with Pete and Mike, I knew it was an environment I wanted to be a part of.  Never having been to Vermont I took a trip to see the area. I instantly fell in love with the tranquility and calmness of Vermont versus the big city of New York where I lived for all my life. I chose Hallam because of its positive culture and commitment to its people.
