Graduating in 2018 from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, I went right into the work force as an engineer for a law software company. While I found the work both challenging and rewarding, I felt like there was a disconnect for growth in that organization. I wanted to explore new opportunities, which eventually led me to Hallam-ICS.
I see what this place does differently. There’s plenty to learn, and the freedom to expand skills is readily available. This easily scratched the itch I was missing in my last position, and I found things I didn’t know were missing. There’s incredible transparency, organizational respect, and a company mission that puts employees first.
