My first real experience with Hallam-ICS was when they were brought in to save a project I was part of. Things had been going downhill for a while; the plant operation deadline was days away, and there was no real operational path forward. Three days later, on the eve of the deadline, that plant was brought into operation. There was still a lot of work left to do, but with the plant operational there was now sufficient time to do it. Over the next few months I worked closely with Hallam-ICS to finish out the remaining items and I was asked to come in for an interview. With the close of that particularly painful project, my time here at Hallam was finally allowed to start. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with this team to solve more difficult challenges in the future.
