When I was contacted by Hallam for a potential mechanical engineering position, I was intrigued by the prospect of being a part of an employee-owned company. After doing research and interviewing with Jamie Spalding it wasn’t hard to see that Hallam was a great place to grow both personally and professionally. After accepting Hallam’s employment offer, my wife and I were excited and nervous about moving from Alabama to Massachusetts. From my first day working at Hallam, everyone I have met has been incredibly kind and willing to help with whatever questions I have asked. Within the first week of working here I was doing site visits and getting involved in projects. Hallam is a company that truly cares about and invests in its employees. I am extremely happy to begin my career here and cannot wait to see what the future holds!
