Looking for a job fresh out of school can be a very daunting task. When I saw the job posting for an entry level mechanical engineer, I was intrigued. After reading through the description, I knew instantly that this was the role I wanted and the company I wanted to do it with. After a thorough interview process, and seeing how everyone collaborated and meshed so well together, my desire to be part of the team grew. I was so excited when I received my offer from Jeff Speroni. I learned so much over my first few weeks and had experiences that I did not think I would have in such a short period of working, such as site visits and beginning to contribute to real projects. Everyone at Hallam stepped up to mentor, help me learn, and answer the many questions I ask.
