Hello businessperson, my name is Lenore. I joined Hallam-ICS in the spring of 2023 to lead the Vibe Quality Control Department. My responsibilities include greeting employees at the beginning of the day, mid-day vibe check, and securing any loose tennis balls before they become a danger to my fellow employees.

While vibes at Hallam were already good when I joined, my focus on continuous improvement and ensuring that every day is the best day ever has resulted in a 93% increase in office vibes, a 42% increase in spontaneous giggling, and on my watch, there have been zero ball related accidents in the office.
