I was drawn to Hallam after working at two 10,000+ person multi-national companies. While at these jobs, I learned lots and worked with many great people. However, the enormous corporate structure and company edicts from seemingly thin air left something to be desired. I knew I needed to look for employment at a different type of organization. My first contact with Hallam was a phone call with Keith, this was already a major paradigm shift from my previous employers. Keith and Jamie sold me on Hallam because of the flat company structure, the business transparency and the wide variety of process engineering work I would be doing. I am excited to be closely interacting with clients, digging deeply into my engineering roots and being an integral part of a small and productive organization.
