From ski bum to business entrepreneur - Dave Hallam starts Hallam Associates, PC

1991
Integrated Control Systems is established - the ICS in Hallam-ICS

1996
Hallam-ICS and MST installs the first Toxic Gas Monitoring System in North America

2000
We begin our journey to employee ownership with the establishment of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan

2003
Started a decades-long relationship with one of the world's top pharmaceutical companies by being awarded a multi-million dollar Commissioning, Qualification and Validation project

2007-2010
Procure, install, and calibrate over 6,000 valves and instruments for GMP facility expansions

2011
Our growing Electrical Safety team expands to provide arc flash studies to clients across the United States

2012
Chosen as Toxic Gas Monitoring System (TGMS) provider for a new fab

2015
Hallam-ICS becomes a 100% Employee Owned Company

2018
We launch the Combustible Dust Safety services to offer higher level of industrial safety

2021
Getting the most out of electrical systems analysis by adding Infrared Thermography services

Hallam-ICS expands services to Midwest by opening offices in Austin and Dallas Texas
