"My relationship with the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina first started while helping to organize the 2018 Hallam Service Day for the North Carolina office. During this process, the staff at the Food Bank were super helpful, grateful, and welcoming to our company. They opened their doors and allowed us volunteer at their Raleigh facility, helping to provide access to healthy meals for those facing food scarcity in our local communities. After further building a relationship with the Food Bank, I knew that their mission to nourish people, build solutions, and empower communities was one that aligned with both Hallam-ICS and my own values. We have since worked with them to host two annual virtual food drives in collaboration with other local ESOP companies, raising funds to allow continued support of those in need.”
