A natural curiosity about how things work and a love of problem solving led me to pursue a degree in Physics. After graduation, I began my career in the hydrogen fuel cell industry, where I grew as an engineer while gaining insight into the many factors that must come together to make a complex operation successful. That experience highlighted the importance of teamwork, innovation, and thoughtful design in turning challenging concepts into real solutions.
During that time, I had the opportunity to work with Hallam-ICS as a customer and came away impressed with both the quality of their work and the collaborative way they approached projects. When it came time to take the next step in my career, Hallam stood out as a place where I could continue to be challenged, supported, and able to make a meaningful impact.
