Jason Santos

I was originally approached to join Hallam-ICS by Keith Flaherty early in my system integration career. While the timing wasn't right then,  Hallam's culture resonated with me. Since then, as I've expanded my engineering skills and experience over the years, growing the business and mentoring engineers at all stages of their careers, there was something missing. Fast forward a few years, and this time the stars aligned. I spoke with Keith again, and then Vin and Sam locally, and saw that we had shared values. What strikes you when you're here is the dedication of the employees to the work, but more importantly, to each other and the community. Everyone walks the walk. The technical part of the job is challenging and rewarding, and I'm excited to leverage the broad array of complementary services we can offer at Hallam, which helps me solve my clients problems more completely.
