My Hallam story is just starting out, but this is how I got here. Most of my career has been in the Pharmaceutical industry. My first opportunity was at a small Biotech in Montana with their Drug Manufacturing group. From there, I found opportunities in validation and subsequently in Project Management. A couple of career growth opportunities finally led me to North Carolina where I have remained since 2002.

In the last quarter of 2020, I was introduced to Hallam-ICS. After some research, I was convinced that I wanted to become part of the Hallam mission. The Team members have all been great in helping me make the transition. After a little more than two months with Hallam, I am convinced I made a good choice and I am looking forward to the adventure ahead.
