I was attracted to come to Hallam because of their size and “Working to Live not Living to Work” credo. After working in the Oil and Gas field for the better part of the last decade and sacrificing time, (60-90-hour work weeks) away from my family by working to live; only to be a number in the corporate machine in the grand scheme of things. Even being at Hallam for a short time, I notice a difference in my happiness level/outlook on the future and am delighted with my decision to join the Hallam team!
