INGREDIENTS:

1 stick softened butter

1 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla

2 eggs

2 Tbsp oil

6 Tbsp cocoa powder (Hersey’s only)

½ cup flour

¼ cup sour cream

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla together by hand.  Add in the eggs and mix.  Add the oil and cocoa powder and mix.  Add flour, mix then add sour cream and mix.

Bake at 350 degrees in a 9 X 9 or 8 X 8 greased pan for 30-35 minutes.

Optional add ins:

            -chocolate chips

            -walnuts

And if you are craving some brownie batter to eat, just omit the egg and enjoy!
